Colin Braithwaite began his career building production homes in Columbia, South Carolina, immediately after graduation from The Citadel. Over the course of building more than 80 homes and helping develop two full neighborhoods, he developed a deep respect for systems, efficiency, and consistent execution.

During that time, he earned the highest AVID customer satisfaction scores in the company. That recognition reinforced his belief that communication and care set a builder apart.

Eventually called back to Aiken, Colin transitioned into custom home construction, completing more than 40 fully custom homes from start to finish. Each project sharpened his understanding of craftsmanship, structural integrity, and design-forward execution. During that season, he earned his General Contractor’s license and took full responsibility for every project under his leadership.

When Hurricane Helene struck, Colin felt a strong responsibility to help families rebuild. He wanted to restore what was lost and rebuild stronger and more thoughtfully than before. That experience confirmed his mission.
